Exploration on Building a Part-Time Job Platform for College Students: Taking Xi’an Medical College as An Example

With the rapid development of economy and continuous progress society, competition for talents is becoming more intense, employment pressure college students increasing sharply. More are choosing to do part-time jobs while studying improve their communication hands-on skills lay a solid foundation future employment. However, due people with malicious intents, job market has become mess, cheating, skimming, trafficking have occurred from time time, which great threat students’ safety. Besides, enthusiasm towards will also be affected. This article based on innovation entrepreneurship project, “Blueberry Part-time Job,” at Xi’an Medical University, provides reference regularization construction platform students.
